![]() Eurovision: German entry proves country does have sense of humour 25 May 2003 The debate over whether or not German people have a sense of humour moved closer to a resolution last night as the Eurovision Song Content was broadcast across Europe. The contest, which sees competitors from countries across the continent competing to see which have the worst singers, is the historic home of badly-written, badly-sung and embarrassingly badly-performed songs, but this year the Germans had a genre-busting submission.
