Scandal of British immigrant shuttled around Africa

Little noticed by the British press, a UK Citizen, Tony Blair, a public employee from Westminster has been repeatedly moved on from African nation to African nation, denied a fair hearing on his desperate plight and repeatedly interrogated by hostile African officials.
Mr Blair, who suffers from a mild heart complaint, might also be thought by some African leaders to be an 'asylum shopper' as the Ethiopian press have dubbed him, seeking access to their warm climate and luxurious presidential receptions in an effort to alleviate his condition.
At a recent meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Mr Blair was denied his right to employment as a bringer of prosperity, peace and happiness to the African continent and repeatedly accused of murderous offences committed in his home country. In his defence, Blair claims that he would be persecuted, slandered and potentially sacked if forced to return before staging a propaganda coup and wringing concessions on Darfur from the Sudanese government.
Meanwhile, the Ethiopian Daily Mail has claimed that Mr Blair's arrival in the country has unsettled native people, increased crime and placed an intolerable burden on the hard working people of the country, yet with absolutely no evidence of this being the case. Mr Blair's fate is, as yet, uncertain.
