Submit Content
Terms and Conditions
By submitting content for use on DeadBrain you agree to the following:
- The content you submit is entirely your own work.
- The content has not previously been published online.
- You are submitting the content only to DeadBrain. If your submission is declined then you may submit it elsewhere. You may submit content to DeadBrain that has previously been declined by other web sites.
- DeadBrain reserves the right to edit the content you submit in any way.
Once your content has been accepted and published:
- You agree not to allow it to be published elsewhere online, except as part of a personal showcase.
- The edited (published) version of the content becomes the joint property of you and DeadBrain. As such, if either party wishes to use it in a way other than as a published piece on DeadBrain permission must be gained. The original submission remains your property, subject to the conditions outlined above. In the event that both the published version and the original version of the content are identical, the first rule applies.
- These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification. A notice will be posted on the submissions page in the event of any changes.
